1. Site ownership
This website is owned and operated by:
Matvii Bereza
3 Stratonavtiv Street
Kyiv, Ukraine, 02000
The site is operated by a private individual, not by a registered company. There is therefore no company registration number, no VAT registration and no commercial register entry to quote. If that position changes, this page will be updated with the relevant particulars before any commercial activity begins.
2. Contact
| Purpose | Address |
|---|---|

Postal correspondence goes to the address in section 1.
3. Responsibility for content
Matvii Bereza is responsible for the content published on this site, at the address given above.
4. What this site is, and what it is not
This is an informational catalogue of fishing tackle, together with written guides about fishing.
It is not an online shop. It has no shopping basket, no checkout, no payment facility and no order system. It does not display prices, does not hold stock records and does not conclude contracts of sale. The enquiry buttons on the site simply take you to the contact page with the item’s name filled in, so that you can send us a question from your own email account.
Because no sale is concluded through this website, there is no contract of sale to which terms and conditions of sale would apply, and this site does not publish any. If a purchase is ever agreed, it is agreed separately in writing between the parties, and the terms of that agreement are stated in that correspondence.
We say this plainly because the site looks like a shop in places, and we would rather be clear than have anyone assume they have placed an order when they have not.
5. Accuracy of information
Descriptions, specifications and guides are prepared with care and in good faith. They are general information and may contain errors or become out of date.
Product illustrations on this site are stylised artwork. They are not photographs of specific items and should not be relied on as an accurate representation of colour, finish, size or configuration of any particular product.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and listing an item does not mean it is available.
6. Copyright
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site, including text, guides, product descriptions, illustrations, layout, design and source code, is protected by copyright and belongs to the site owner or is used with permission.
You may view the site, follow and share links to it, and print or save pages for your own personal and non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, republication, distribution or commercial exploitation requires written permission.
Some interface icons are based on shapes from Feather Icons, used under the MIT licence. This is noted in the source code alongside the icon definitions.
7. Third-party trademarks
Manufacturer names, product names and trademarks that appear on this site remain the property of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, to identify or describe goods, and their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation or commercial relationship with the trademark owner.
8. External links
Where this site links to third-party websites, those sites are outside our control. We do not adopt their content, do not monitor it, and are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, availability or privacy practices. Links were checked for obviously unlawful content when added; continuous monitoring without concrete evidence of a violation is neither required nor practical.
If you find a link here that leads to unlawful or harmful content, tell us at [email protected] and we will remove it.
9. Notice and takedown
If you believe that material on this site infringes your intellectual property rights, is defamatory, breaches your privacy or is otherwise unlawful, write to [email protected] and include:
- your name and contact details
- the exact page address and a description of the material
- an explanation of why you say it is unlawful, and the right you are relying on
- if the claim is about copyright, a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
We will acknowledge your notice, review it, and where the claim is well founded remove or amend the material. Where a claim is contested, we will explain our position. We aim to complete this within fourteen days of receiving a complete notice.
10. Accessibility
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
In practice this means semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus indicators, full keyboard operation of the sliders, tabs, accordions and the quick-view panel, ARIA attributes on interactive components, text alternatives for images, colour contrast that meets the AA thresholds, and respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference, which switches off animation and automatic slide rotation.
We have not commissioned an independent audit, and we do not claim the site is free of accessibility defects. If something here prevents you from using the site, write to [email protected] describing the problem and the assistive technology you use. We will fix what we can and tell you honestly if something will take longer.
11. Data protection
How personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies and similar technologies, of which there is none, is described in the Cookie Policy.
